Other fun merchandise is on the way! Your author has learned a new craft--decoupage. Decoupage means taking pieces of paper and mounting them on a surface, usually covering them with some kind of lacquer. For instance, Bridget wanted to do something useful with the extra pages of proofs from the revision stages of the layout of the book, so she is making collages with images and words from these sheets, and she is sticking them on tiles, lacquering them, and putting felt bumpers on the bottom to make sets of wacky and stylish coasters! Bridget plans to make boxes, frames, recycled lunch boxes, and more with this technique, so keep your eye on the site to see when these new handmade Infinipede items become available!
