Thanks to my favorite writers, Tom Robbins, Dr.Seuss, and Rumi. Why does the author have so many names? The name Guru Beant Kaur was given to Bridget by Yogi Bhajan, the master of Kundalini Yoga. It is her spiritual name and when you call her by it, you call her forth to be her greatest! Guru (pronounced "Goo-Roo") means something that brings you from darkness to light, like a teacher, a great realization, or your own inner wisdom.
